Grant, is a Certified Master Inspector through Internachi (International Association of Home Inspectors), and brings over 5 years of experience in inspecting homes in Central Florida. His extensive background includes 30+ years in the retail management industry, along with many years in the construction trades as a skilled drywall hanger/finisher and rough frame carpenter.

Kathy, the company's business manager, draws from her background in banking and lending, contributing to the smooth operation and financial management of our business. Together, Grant and Kathy establish a small, locally owned business that would allow them to guide individuals through a crucial step in the home-buying process. They are dedicated to educating homeowners about their properties and providing the information necessary for informed decision-making.

Beyond professional expertise, Grant and Kathy share strong Christian values, which shape their approach to business and relationships. Family is at the heart of their lives, with four grown, married children and six grandchildren who bring joy and inspiration to their journey.

Clermont, Florida, is where Grant and Kathy call home, having lived here for six years since making the move from Raleigh, NC. We absolutely love the rolling hills and beauty of this area. Their love for the community and the people in it fuels their commitment to delivering exceptional home inspection services.
