Professor Elias Walls has taught every class in this Knowledge Center since the day it opened. He has never called in sick, never missed a lecture, and never once lost his chalk. His attendance record is perfect.

It helps that we invented him.

The Professor is the teaching persona of Four Corners Inspection Services — the friendly face and voice we created to do something most inspection companies never bother with: actually teach people how their homes work. Home inspection is full of jargon, fine print, and one-way doors that cost real families real money. We decided those lessons deserved a real teacher. So we gave them one: bow tie, pointer, and all.

Every word the Professor teaches is researched, written, fact-checked, and approved by the licensed, certified inspectors of Four Corners Inspection Services — real professionals who climb into real attics in real Florida heat. Nothing is published in this Knowledge Center until an inspector who holds the relevant licenses and certifications has verified it, under our written Educational Publishing Standards.

Our current lead reviewer is Grant Doutt, Certified Master Inspector® — CMI® through InterNACHI, Certified Commercial Property Inspector through CCPIA, and licensed or certified in Wood-Destroying Organism inspection, Mold Assessment, Solar Panel Systems, Phase One Environmental, and Sewer Camera assessment, with more than 1,000 inspections performed for Central Florida families. Every lesson carries the name of the inspector who reviewed it and the date it was last verified.
